FFwD - Citrus Berry Terrine

I love grapefruit jello!  Let me rephrase that...I love jelled grapefruit juice...especially if you put in a few pieces of fruit.  Who knew jelled stuff could taste so good?

Served with a dab of whipped cream it makes a cool, refreshing and delicious dessert on a hot summer's evening.  Something different and delicious.  I can't wait to jell lots of juices!  And I halved the recipe because I didn't think we'd be that into it!

  1. I liked this one too. Not like Jello at all. I went through a phase of jelling lots of juice years ago. This recipe reminded me it's time to go through that phase again!

  4. You seem to be the rare American who loves jello, Lola! We grew up eating plenty of agar agar desserts (our equivalent of jello) and we came out unscathed...haha. We still eat it nowadays, especially on special occasions. Don't you think your terrine is just lovely for when guests come around too?

  6. What a gorgeous shot, Lola! I also have always loved Jell-O. I guess that was why I was so determined to get mine to jell! :)

  13. Lola, you did a great job on it :) It is hard to get berries over here where I stay ( Malaysia ) so I could not make this :( I would definitely not give this a miss if I could get my hands on these berries :) Thanks for sharing your berry terrine :)
