Vacuum Sealers

I think I need one. I know I want one. Wonder which one I should get....not the $400+ one that's for sure! Anyone have any ideas?

    Can you cook in the bags? I want to be able to try the sous vide method.

    I use the Rival one and I've really enjoyed it. I think I paid about $50 for it. The roll of plastic can get kind of expensive, but I usually buy them at Kohls's with coupons. You should be able to cook sous vide with any of the brands.
